  • Mail: You can mail your payment to NGEMC’s mailing address: P.O. Box 1407, Dalton, GA 30722.
  • Drop Box: Drop your payment in the 24-hour drop box located at each NGEMC office.
  • CheckOut: Pay your bill at participating retail locations throughout NGEMC’s seven-county service area. A $1.50 convenience fee will apply.

Your NGEMC bill is due on the date indicated on the bill. Late payments may incur a late payment fee. To avoid late fees, it’s recommended to schedule your payment a few days before the due date.
