If you are unable to pay your bill in full, you may be eligible for a payment plan. To start a payment plan, you must complete, sign, and submit a Payment Plan form. You can fill out the form online at https://cityoflacey.org/utility-billing/ or print and sign the form and submit it to the Utility Billing Department by email, mail, or drop box.

Additional Information:

• The Utility Billing counter is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• A drop box for payments is available in front of City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey WA 98503 (next to the ballot box).
• The Utility Billing Department does not accept post-dated hand-written checks. There is an option within the Online Utility Bill Payment System to schedule checks for a later date; otherwise, checks will be processed upon receipt.
