The City’s online bill pay system allows you to:

Drop-off

Drop your payment off at the payment box located in the City Hall parking lot, west side of the Chino Hills Library near the Police Department. For security reasons, please do not include cash in your payment.

In-Person

Visit Chino Hills City Hall, 2nd floor, Utility Billing Office during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm) to pay in person. Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash
• Check
• Money order
• Cashier’s check
• Debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)

Phone

Pay by phone on the automated system by calling (909) 364-2660. You can use the following payment methods:

Payment Information

When making a payment, please include the following information:

• Your account number
• Your customer number (found on your previous bill)
• The amount of your payment
• A check payable to “City of Chino Hills” (if mailing)
