By Phone

To pay your bill by phone, call Customer Service at (940) 349-8700. You can use electronic checks (eCheck), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or ATM/debit cards. Be prepared to provide your utility account number and either your bank information or credit card details.

Drop Box

There are two drop box payment locations at City Hall East, located at 601 E. Hickory St. You can deposit personal checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Please do not put cash in the drop boxes.

Drive-up Drop Box:

• Located in the parking lot at the corner of Hickory Street and Railroad Avenue.
• Payments made before 8 a.m., Monday through Friday, will be processed the same business day.
• Payments received after 8 a.m. or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Walk-up Drop Box:

• Located next to the main Customer Service entrance at City Hall East, Suite F.
• Payments made before 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be processed the same business day.

In Person

You can visit Customer Service at 601 E. Hickory St., Suite F, to make a payment in person. The following methods of payment are accepted:

• ATM/debit cards
• Cash
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
• Money orders / cashier’s checks

Payments will be posted the same day.
