Drop Box

For a secure and convenient way to drop off your payment, use one of the two drop boxes located next to the drive-through window at City Hall. Drop box payments can be made by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Payments are removed twice daily, at approximately 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Drive-Through

Pay your bill in person at the City Hall drive-through, located at 100 N Midwest Boulevard, west side of building. The drive-through is open:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Lobby

You can also pay your bill in person at the City Hall lobby, located at 100 North Midwest Boulevard, southwest side of building. The lobby is open:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Telephone Payments

Telephone payments are no longer accepted.

Automatic Bank Draft

For the ultimate convenience, set up automatic bank draft and have your monthly utility bill automatically deducted from your checking account. To enroll, complete the Automated Bank Draft form and submit it to the City of Midwest City.
