• Please include your payment stub or indicate your account number on the check

• Visit the City of Fruita office at 325 E. Aspen, Fruita, CO 81521 during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

• Convenience Fees: A convenience fee of $1 will be charged for payments made using an electronic check regardless of the transaction amount. A convenience fee for credit/debit cards is $0.75 plus 2.25% of the total transaction amount.
