Pay Your Town of Waynesville Bills Online or In-Person
The Town of Waynesville offers convenient options for paying your utility and tax bills. You can pay online, by mail, or in person at the Hazelwood Office or the Municipal Building.
Online Payments
To pay your bill online, you will need your customer number and account number, which can be found on your bill. You can pay using a credit or debit card. A convenience fee will be charged per transaction.
- Credit: 2.95% with a $1.00 minimum
- Debit: 1.95% with a $1.00 minimum
In-Person Payments
You can pay your bill in person at the following locations:
- Hazelwood Office, 280 Georgia Avenue
- Municipal Building, 16 South Main Street
Payments can be made by cash or check. Debit and credit cards are not accepted in the office.

You can mail your payment to the following address:

Please include your customer number and account number on your check or money order.
Drop Boxes
There are drop boxes located at the Hazelwood Office and the Municipal Building. Payments placed in the drop boxes are picked up weekday mornings by 9:00 AM. Payments placed in the drop boxes after 9:00 AM will not be picked up or processed until the following business day. This method is not recommended for customers at risk for disconnection.

- Utility and tax bills may be paid online using credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Debit cards must have the MasterCard or Visa logo.
- A convenience fee is charged per transaction by the bill pay vendor; the Town does not receive any profits.
- Payments made online or by mail will be processed within 24 hours.
- Payments made in person will be processed immediately.
